Welcome to Nord 360. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nord 360 mobile application (the "App"), operated by the Nord 360 development team ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Nord 360, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian review and consent to these Terms.
Nord 360 is a digital security application that provides the following features:
Some features require access to device capabilities such as network information, contacts, or SMS. These permissions are requested only when necessary and can be managed through your device settings.
As a user of Nord 360, you agree to:
Nord 360 offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions unlock advanced security capabilities. Subscription details, including pricing and duration, are displayed within the App before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings app under your Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
Nord 360 may offer a free trial period for premium features. At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled. You may cancel the trial at any time during the trial period without charge.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all content, is owned by the Nord 360 development team and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE SECURITY INFORMATION, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
Nord 360 provides security risk assessments and recommendations based on available data. These are informational in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole means of protecting your digital security.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Nord 360 development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or security breaches, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nord 360 may integrate with third-party services for security data and threat intelligence. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may terminate your use by deleting the App from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
